What it won't do
Fair Housing. It's built to politely decline when a visitor asks it to pick homes or areas by race, color, religion, sex, disability, family status, national origin or any other protected group, and to offer help by price, size, features and location instead. It never describes who lives in a neighborhood or how safe an area is: it points the visitor to you and to public sources.
