I started BotDesk after watching small businesses lose customers over the simplest thing: nobody was there to answer the question. A plumber can't stop mid-job to reply to a website chat. A salon can't staff the front desk at 11pm when someone's deciding where to book tomorrow. So the message sits unanswered, and the customer goes with whoever replies first.
BotDesk is my answer to that. It's an AI assistant that answers from your own website, replies to your customers instantly, day or night, and hands you the ones who are ready to book or buy. One flat price for the plan you pick (from $29/mo) and unlimited conversations on every paid plan, always. (There's a free plan too, capped at 50 conversations a month.)
